113 HASMB Member participated in January - averaging 3.5 sales per person.  Congratulations to Sherry Pataray for posted the highest January sales: $520.75.  The profit from her sales is $114.57. 

Pizza Hut Night - May 11

This fund raiser will be going every month until September.  A new “Sales Claim Flyer” will be available for each month. Must follow guidelines and instruction carefully.

Tidbit: Remo Founder passes away

The Remo company has been an unrivaled supporter of marching bands - having provided drum heads to HASMB at all past Tournament of Roses and Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parades.  It's founder Remo Belli has recently passed away.

*To prevent injury you have to come to rehearsal hydrated and you must bring a water jug. Hydrate throughout the week prior to your rehearsal.
-Music and marching rehearsal. Music must be memorized
-Wear athletic shoes with socks
-Head and skin protection (hat/sunscreen)
-Wear appropriate clothing-We will be outdoors
-All Music must be memorized
-Bring snacks and personal water jug-no plastic water bottles

LUMP SUM PAYMENTS

For all participants who plan to pay with a LUMP SUM payment as selected from your contract:

Your payment is due in its entirety by April 30, 2016. Please be sure to send your payments in a timely manner. A late fee of $50 will be assessed for those who do not meet the deadline.

An automated email was sent to all those who indicated they will be paying via LUMP SUM. Attached to the email was a statement indicating any payments that may have been made thus far as well as the package price due.

Please be sure to verify that your name matches that on your government issued ID so that the airline tickets will match.

If you did not receive an email and know that you selected to pay via LUMP SUM, please check your student's email account as well. You may also try to look in your SPAM folder. You may always email me (Claire Kim) at hasmb808@gmail.com as well.

A report will be generated and posted online in the "Password Access" page (under Members Tab). If you do not recall the password, please email me at hasmb808@gmail.com.
